Complete Protection for Motorcycle Surfaces
Opti-Coat Pro Motorcycle is a professional protection system developed specifically for motorcycles. Updated July 16, 2026, each kit includes Opti-Shield Liquid PPF, Opti-Guard Leather, and Opti-Metal Coat to protect painted surfaces, leather, vinyl, hard plastics, chrome, aluminum, and other exposed metal components.
Opti-Shield Liquid PPF
The Opti-Coat Pro Motorcycle Kit has been upgraded from a traditional ceramic coating to Opti-Shield Liquid PPF, providing a thicker and more durable layer of protection for motorcycle paint.
Opti-Shield offers outstanding resistance to scratches, marring, light impacts, chemical etching, UV exposure, oxidation, and environmental contamination. Its advanced pre-polymer chemistry cross-links as it cures, forming a continuous protective film over the painted surface—similar to an additional layer of clear coat.
Unlike conventional waxes, sealants, or temporary coatings, Opti-Shield provides long-term protection with excellent chemical resistance, release properties, and resistance to scratching and marring. It can also be applied to hard plastic and metal surfaces for more complete exterior protection.
Opti-Guard Leather
Opti-Guard Leather creates a durable, hydrophobic barrier over coated leather and vinyl surfaces. It helps protect against premature aging, cracking, staining, dye transfer, UV damage, and discoloration.
Special matting agents preserve the surface’s original factory appearance without adding an artificial shine. Opti-Guard Leather is ideal for motorcycle seats, saddlebags, vinyl panels, and leather or vinyl trim pieces.
Do not apply Opti-Guard Leather to untreated or tanned leather.
Opti-Metal Coat
Opti-Metal Coat provides durable protection for exposed metal components, including chrome and aluminum. It helps resist oxidation, staining, environmental contamination, and the effects of repeated cleaning while making treated surfaces easier to maintain.
For the most complete motorcycle protection, we recommend coating all suitable painted, plastic, chrome, aluminum, leather, and vinyl surfaces.
Written Motorcycle Warranty
Opti-Coat Pro Motorcycle includes:
- A 7-year written warranty for motorcycles less than six model years old
- A 5-year written warranty for motorcycles six to ten model years old
The warranty covers qualifying damage to painted surfaces caused by environmental contaminants, including oxidation, bird droppings, bug splatter, and tree sap. Covered leather and vinyl surfaces are protected against qualifying UV damage, staining, and discoloration.
